If most Americans cut out fried foods and sugar they would be much healthier and thinner. The food in the United States is too full of fatty oil and grease. There is way too much sugar and people drink soda instead of water. It’s not surprising that people are getting fatter as time progresses.

i tried the atkins diet and lost like 20 pounds in two months. i kept the diet the same for the next two months and i gained back 8 pounds, so i started working out, but i still managed to gain another 5 pounds. so i gave up and actually gained more weight than where i was when i started. i need to come up with a new program soon and try again.
