Add 1/4 cup brown rice, and 1/3 cup water to each jar, boil them in a pot half filled with water let it boil for an hour and a half with the lid on so the steam sterilizes it, then remove the pan from the heat... After it has cooled wash your hands and take the jars and put them in there homes, add spores, shake, and wait till it starts having white fuzzy's on it, may have blue spots from bruising, but no green, or any other color on it or it's moldy and should be thrown away. start adding a few hours of light a day.
