if you build muscle in an area it can tone the area and conceal the fat with the muscle, however this is not spot reduction

it is so frusterating that spot reduction does not work. how can i lose fat in one particular area without surgery?

I need to lose weight in my love handles. I can get really skinny, but the fat in this area persists, maybe lipo will be the only solution.

It’s nearly impossible for spot reduction to occur without surgery. I am not sure about mesotherapy. However if you lose weight from all over your body it will most likely help your problem areas.

I’m new here an just have to share my experience with Meso! I had ONE treatment by a doctor in Los Angeles. I am permanently scarred. Have hard lumps in my thighs — yes HARD lumps, indentations and scarring. I went for cellulite treatment. One time only. I ended up with a major infection, antibotic for two months, and consulted two different doctors to help me with the infection. My two friends, although did not get an infections, they too have HARD lumps and discoloration on their thighs.

I’m so glad I never tried mesotherapy; I was afraid of the hyperpigmentation, since I had that problem when I had my veins treated. I’m constantly searching for the “next best thing,” but it just doesn’t seem to be out there. I have done 60 Endermologie treatments, don’t know why… No results; just throwing money away… I will have to try lipo to get the results I want.

Those fat burning creams are a waste of money. They do nothing.
