The State Legislature has passed the Medical Marijuana bill we are just waiting for the State Senate to get the bill correct and pass it. There is a lot of support for Medical MJ and having it legal in the next state over is very helpful. I am very confident NY will see it in the next year. I went to college there and they have that freaken Rockerfeller Act which could put in jail for even small amounts of Marijuana. However, that is near the city.
